Administrative Secretary – Bonita Palmer: Command Sergeant Major (CSM) Bonita Palmer is the Senior Enlisted Advisor of the 413TH Combat Sustainment Support Battalion, Schenectady, New York.
She is a native of Chicago, and she enlisted in the U.S. Army after completing high school. Her previous assignments include duty in Germany, Kuwait, Iraq, River Forest, Chicago, and Homewood, Illinois; New Jersey, and Maryland.
She attended the University of Illinois at Chicago, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
Her military education includes basic and Advanced Noncommissioned Officer Courses, Master Resilience Training Course, Army Basic and Small Group Instructor Courses, and the Sergeants Major Course.
