DOLL INC. is proud to lead the development of a 10-acre former HUD low-income housing site in Ford Heights, Illinois. The site is being reimagined as a secure, gated community for veterans and their families.
The development will include affordable residential rental units, a multi use building that includes a dinning facility, meeting spaces for supportive services, and a fitness center. The Veterans Village will also feature a Veterans Memorial Park and Therapeutic Garden that will honor those who have made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our country.
In alignment with our commitment to sustainability, the project will integrate innovative renewable energy technologies. That include:

- Community solar
- Municipal solid waste-to-energy conversion
